Hi! I was trying to think of how I’d like to expand my blog in the new year and Sunday Favorites was something that came to mind. Each week I’m planning to share things that are inspiring me, making my life easier or that I just happen to like. One week it might be five things, the next maybe only one. It could be a product, an Instagram account, really anything!
This is also a way to hold myself accountable to posting once a week, because my blog was really the reason I started my Instagram page and I don’t want to lose sight of that! I could have waited until the end of the year but wanted to get started now! As of right now I don’t have any affiliate links, so these will be my genuine thoughts. If that changes I’ll be sure to disclaim it.
Nespresso Espresso Maker & Frother
Starting off with a bang I know! The Starbucks habit with me is real, and when I saw the sale on this machine I thought it would be worth trying. I got it a few days ago and I’m in love! It comes with 12 pods to try and I’ve been testing out lattes. While the Nespresso pods are a bit more expensive than other pods, I read it comes out to about 70 cents a pod compared to the $4 a cup I was spending at Starbucks.
Traditions
With the holidays quickly approaching I’ve been thinking a lot about traditions. My husband works a non traditional schedule and while we’ve avoided it for a few years this year he’s working for Christmas. I’ve been trying to decide what the girls and I can do to on the years he’s working as our own tradition. Since they are old enough now I’m thinking about going to the movies and that will be our thing on holidays when he works.
Finally, this post made me laugh out loud.
